DPDT Centigrid^® Relay with an N channel, enhancement mode MOSFET Driver 5, 6, 9, 12, 18, and 26.5 volt coil versions

The internal FET allow the 136C series relay to easily interface with most logic families. A zener diode is used to protect the gate against ESD, while a silicon diode is incorporated to absorb transients generated on coil de-energization. The 136C It has twice the coil resistance of its companion relay, the 116C, thus requires half the power to operate. Gold plated precious metal alloy contacts assure reliable switching from low level to full rated load. These relays are ideal for switching high frequency AC or high speed digital signals. 116C relays are qualified to both Teledyne Relays' established reliability program and to MIL-PRF-28776 (JAN).
